At Casa da Luz, each order is carefully prepared and packed with intention. As many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on availability and collection launches.
UK Shipping
Orders that are in stock are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and the courier service used.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking information once your parcel is on its way.
Please note:
• Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays
• During launches, seasonal drops, promotional periods, or high-order volumes, dispatch times may be slightly extended
• Pre-order, made-to-order, or out-of-stock items may require additional production and processing time before dispatch
• Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Some Casa da Luz collections may be available as pre-orders due to the handcrafted and limited nature of production.
Estimated dispatch timings for pre-order items will always be stated on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Casa da Luz cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact details provided on our website.
Where possible, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items
• Any relevant delivery information
We will always do our best to resolve issues fairly and as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on selected orders.
Please note that customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Casa da Luz is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international courier networks.
